Delivery & Returns
Please Read Carefully
All custom items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. If you don’t love your item. Reach out to us and we will work with you to make it right.
You have 3 calendar days to return any non customized items from the date you received it. Please note there is a 20% restocking fee or $25 whichever is the higher amount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
*Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
*Your item must be in the original packaging.
*Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer whether returning or purchasing. We do pack as well as we can and take photographs of item(s) before sealing the box
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
